Mike and Tom explain why we haven’t done a show in 2010. The guys pay quiet tribute to John McCann. Then we all sample some beer Mike has made and talk about it for a really long time. If you like beer . . . this is the episode for you.
This week John McCann, one of my best friends passed away this week. Many of my “show biz” friends know him from his appearances on our podcast ThisShowAgain.com. There is so much to say. But for now I feel for now the best way for me to talk about him is to share him. Once you got him started, you couldn’t stop him. This is a classic “John McCann Rant”
There are many other McCann episodes. If you can’t figure out how to listen to the podcast . . . well here’s a sampling of a great moment of his in “You Tube” form.

The third show in a three show taping session. Chris Moloney starts the show off sharing a slur for Canadians. Mike McGarrigle talks about how Thomas J. Kelly doesn’t have a shot with a bartender he has a crush on. In Segment 2, Tom shares advice from his Facebook friends on whether or not he should call or text a girl who gave his phone number.
Tom is a bit hard to hear. He had a sore throat taping this show.
Rolling Thunder finds an offensive sign. Chris Moloney tells an offensive story. Thomas J. Kelly still has a sore throat. Mike McGarrigle announces a contest that you can enter only by listening to THIS EPISODE.
And then in Segment 2, one of these men reveals that his wife loves hermaphrodites. This is one episode where it’s worth listening all the way to the end.
Except for the fact that Tom has a sore throat, this is my favorite episode the guys have done in a long time. Mike McGarrigle returns to New York to do the show in person with Thomas J. Kelly, Chris Moloney and “Rolling Thunder.” Every time Tom tells a story he manages to sound creepy. The boys discuss the Tiger Woods scandal. Tom discusses a hook up with a dead ex.
In Segment 2, Mike McGarrigle, Rolling Thunder and Chris Moloney get some valuable tips from Tom Kelly, a single man, on how to cheat on their wives.
Chris Moloney brings a CD from his favorite band from Canadian hometown Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Tom talks about racism in his hometown of Massapequa. Did Darryl Strawberry move into South Massapequa? Chris reveals that Jon Gosselin of Jon and Kate Plus 8 hangs out near Tom’s New York City apartment.
Christopher Moloney sits in with Tom. He explains that he explains that he’s not Christopher Meloni from Law And Order Special Victim’s Unit but shares a story about the real Meloni and Ice T. In Segment 2, Tom and Chris discuss the New York Times’ list of 100 Things Restaurant Owners Shouldn’t Do.
There is no musical guest this week mainly because . . . I forgot to pick one. We’ll have one next week for sure.
Tom gives some behind the scenes info on Rolling Thunder’s bachelor party and a mishap at his wedding. Andrew tells us about his magic key. Mike talks about how his son Christopher got swine flu and didn’t die!
I did not post this correctly. My apologizes to those who got the last episode twice.
It’s probably the most topical and timely podcast we’ve done all year. Thomas J. Kelly and Andrew Garcia join Mike McGarrigle to discuss BALLOON BOY and the media scandal concerning Tom’s college Quinnipiac and David Letterman. In segment 2, the guys ramble about the economy.
Tom, Andrew and John debate whether a romantic couple share a Facebook or MySpace Account? Plus our friend Charlie in Iraq tells us about a special Tee Shirt!
